Quick morning hike on the trails in Lydick Bog. The bog is part of the Shirley Heinze Trust. This isn’t a very long hike with a 2 mile or 4 mile option. The trails are easy but there are a lot of roots on the trails.

The hike only takes an hour, the chocolate cafe and dinosaur museum is just around the corner if that might interest you. There is also a small hiking trail there.
I updated the address but meetup sometimes directs you to the wrong location, so put it in your own gps to be sure. Traveling east on US 20, the bog is located just after the curve, on the south side, a bit past Quince Rd. There is a large sign. 😊
This is a family friendly hike, kids and dogs are welcome. Dogs must be on a leash.
