Explore the many ways humans have connected with Spirit, Nature, Ancestors & the Unseen.

Have you ever felt drawn to Paganism, spirit work, ancestral practices, folk magick, or shamanic traditions—but had no idea where to begin?

Maybe you've read a few books, watched a hundred videos, bought some herbs and crystals, and somehow ended up with more questions than when you started?

This introductory class is designed to give you a grounded, accessible foundation for exploring several different spiritual paths and understanding where they intersect—and where they don't.
We'll explore:

Paganism — What does "Pagan" actually mean? We'll discuss modern Pagan traditions, nature-centered spirituality, polytheism, animism, seasonal practices, and different ways Pagans understand and interact with the sacred.

Shamanism & Shamanic Practice — Explore concepts such as the spirit world, journeying, spirit allies, ancestors, altered states of consciousness, healing traditions, and the role of the shamanic practitioner. We'll also discuss cultural context, respectful practice, and the difference between traditional Indigenous shamanic traditions and modern cross-cultural shamanic practice.

Spiritualism & Mediumship — Learn about communication with spirits, psychic and mediumistic development, spirit guides, evidential mediumship, and the historical Spiritualist movement—as well as how modern spirit work has evolved from it.

Folk Magick — Discover the practical magick found in everyday life: herbs, candles, charms, protection, cleansing, divination, household traditions, ancestor practices, and the countless regional forms of folk spirituality practiced around the world.

We'll also talk about the overlap.
What is the difference between a spirit guide, ancestor, deity, and familiar? Is every Pagan a witch? Is witchcraft a religion? Where does mediumship fit? What's the difference between witchcraft, folk magick, ceremonial magick, and shamanic practice?

And perhaps most importantly:
How do you begin discovering what actually resonates with you?

This class is intended for beginners and curious explorers. You do not need to identify as Pagan, a witch, a medium, a shamanic practitioner—or anything else—to attend.

Questions are encouraged.

Skepticism is welcome. You don't have to believe everything we discuss.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of these spiritual traditions, some practical ideas for beginning your own exploration, and resources for continuing your studies.
No experience necessary. All paths and levels of experience are welcome.

Practical Pagan Magick for Personal & Home Protection

Protection is one of the foundations of magickal practice but effective protection is about more than putting salt by the door and hoping for the best.

In this two-hour live online workshop, we'll explore the principles behind protection and warding and learn how to create intentional workings for yourself, your home, and your personal space.

Rather than simply giving you spells to copy, I'll teach you how different forms of magick can work together so you can begin creating protection practices that make sense for your own needs, beliefs, and spiritual practice.

In this class, we'll explore:

Herbal Magick — Protective herbs, their traditional correspondences, and practical ways to incorporate them into home and personal workings.

Candle Magick — Creating protection candles, choosing correspondences, setting intentions, and using candle work to establish and reinforce energetic boundaries.

Sigil Magick — Designing your own protective sigils and learning ways to charge, activate, place, and incorporate them into larger workings.

Poppet Magick — Moving beyond the Hollywood "voodoo doll" stereotype to explore poppets as tools of sympathetic magick for protection, support, and personal warding.

Home Warding — Practical techniques for establishing protective boundaries around your home and maintaining them over time.

Personal Protection — Creating intentional practices for energetic boundaries, spiritual hygiene, grounding, and protection in everyday life.

We'll also discuss the difference between cleansing, protection, and warding, when each may be appropriate, and how to layer multiple techniques together without turning your spiritual practice into an exhausting full-time security system.

Book of Shadows is a practical Pagan magick workshop series designed to teach you the craft behind the spell.

Practical Pagan Magick for Release, Boundaries & Restraint

Sometimes magick isn't about attracting something into your life.
Sometimes it's about saying this ends here.

In this two-hour live online workshop, we'll explore the principles and practices behind banishment and binding magick;two related but distinctly different forms of spellcraft used to remove unwanted influences, establish boundaries, break unhealthy patterns, and restrain harmful behavior or energy.

This is not a collection of dramatic curses or spells designed to control everyone who annoys us. We'll approach these practices thoughtfully, with an emphasis on discernment, proportionality, personal responsibility, and understanding exactly what you're asking a working to accomplish.

In this class, we'll explore:

Candle Magick — Using candles for release, separation, boundary-setting and banishment, including choosing appropriate colors, correspondences and methods.

Sigil Magick — Creating sigils for boundaries, release, removal and restraint, along with techniques for charging and incorporating them into larger workings.
Poppet Magick — Exploring sympathetic magick for binding and separation, including how poppets can symbolically represent people, behaviors, situations or aspects of ourselves.

Herbal Magick — Herbs traditionally associated with cleansing, banishment, protection, boundaries and release—and practical ways to incorporate them into spellwork.

Banishment — Understanding magick intended to remove, release or create distance from something that is no longer welcome in your life or space.

Binding — Understanding workings intended to restrain or limit rather than remove, and why sometimes stopping something is more appropriate than trying to destroy it.

We'll also discuss an important part of practical magick that sometimes gets skipped:

When should you NOT do a spell?

We'll talk about mundane action alongside magick, ethical considerations, emotional state, unintended consequences, and how to determine whether cleansing, protection, banishment, binding-or simply handling something directly-is the most appropriate response.
