Waves & Wonders Wednesday kicks off with Happy Hour at 5:30 - 7:30 PM, followed by a Meet & Greet at 7:30 PM and the high‑energy Mermen Show at 8 PM. Expect charisma, sparkle, and a splash of burlesque‑style fun - a glamorous, cheeky twist on the Wreck Bar’s iconic underwater entertainment, all inside this historic, ship‑inspired lounge.

A Practical Introduction to Spiritual Cleansing in Indigenous and Folk Traditions

A limpia is a traditional spiritual cleansing practiced throughout many Indigenous and folk healing traditions to help remove heavy energy, emotional burdens, spiritual residue, and stagnant influences.

In this educational class, we'll explore both the history and the practical application of limpias with respect for their cultural origins and modern spiritual practice.

Together we'll discuss:
🌿 The purpose and history of spiritual cleansing traditions
🌿 Common herbs, flowers, smoke, eggs, water, and other cleansing tools
🌿 How to perform a simple limpia for yourself or others
🌿 Spiritual hygiene and energetic maintenance
🌿 How to interpret common signs and results after a limpia
🌿 When additional cleansing or spiritual support may be beneficial
🌿 Ethical considerations and best practices
