Sacramento Photo Walk-A-Thon

This is the Inaugural Sacramento Photo Walk-A-Thon.

For this walk, we'll be walking our regular route from the Midtown Farmers Market to Old Sacramento and back. The walk will end there. However, we encourage you to set your year's Personal Record (PR) for steps/miles walked in day. You will receive a bib with a number.

Registration fee: A roll of film or a memory card.
Participation Prize: Your roll of film/memory card back at the end of the walk.

Come to our victory lap the next day, and the person who walked the most miles on the day of the photo-walk-a-thon will receive a free roll of film as their prize (Maybe a medal too)

This is a photo walk starting at (Mike's Camera) to Old Sacramento and back. Keeping it to three hours so it's a moderately paced walk. Might be slightly less or more, depending on the turnout. ----About 4.5 Miles Total. 3 Hour Walk---

These photo walks are good if you're getting into photography, want to practice, like taking photos of random things, and/or meet fellow local photographers.

If you're interested in shooting film, let me know. I'll let you borrow a film camera. Just bring your own film.
