About us
Do you ever feel like chronic illness has changed your life in ways others can’t always see?
Our Autoimmune and Chronic Illness Support is a virtual group designed for adults living with autoimmune or chronic illnesses, as well as loved ones who want to offer meaningful support.
This open group provides a space to connect with others who understand, reduce isolation, build coping skills, practice mindfulness, and explore topics such as identity, relationships, fatigue, self-care, navigating the medical system, and redefining what a “good day” can look like.
