21 Day miler challenge

Details

Similar to the plank challenge, I've designed a scheme to run 1 mile in 21 days. Why is running 1 mile important? If you can run a mile without stopping, you will outrun most people in times of trouble. Notice this is a timed run, not distance. But, most people will be able to run a mile, eventually, in 12 minutes. But if it takes longer, just keep going with an extra minute a day.

I suggest you walk at least a mile, but during this mile, you run for a cumulative time given. So, it it takes 20 minutes to walk the mile, just run for 3. If it takes more than one attempt in the mile to run 3 minutes (slow jog), than don't advance to the next day until you can do the 3 minutes without stopping, even if it's real slow. That doesn't matter.

Post every day if you can. We can cheer you on... plus, maybe you can take your buddy with you. He's been waiting for you to take him for a walk/run. Good luck!
