After 2020: Moving Forward with Meetup's CEO

As it was for so many, 2020 was a year of change at Meetup. From its acquisition by AlleyCorp to the transition to hosting online events for the first time in its history. Last year was a defining year for the company. We learned a lot about how to respond to challenges and pivot a business. Now, we’ll be sharing those insights so that you can adapt to whatever life brings your way.

In this community update, CEO David Siegel will give you an overview of what’s been happening at Meetup, including how Meetup pivoted to adapt to the times, a look back at all that we accomplished in 2020, and what we’re planning for 2021. David will also share details on how the company will continue its commitment to help members and organizers meet their goals in the new year.
