Resilience Skills You Need Right Now

Details

Can you believe it’s been a year since we went into lockdown? The past 12 months have been filled with uncertainty, but one thing is for sure: stress levels are soaring. Let’s take the time to learn how to channel our stress, negative energy, and longing of the past into something more useful. Learn resilience skills for anything life throws your way.

Dr. G (Deborah Gilboa, MD), board-certified family physician and resilience expert, is coming to Meetup Live, and she's going to help you re-direct that stress to get stronger. She'll explain the science behind the brain’s reactions to change and share strategies for building resilience. Learn to handle more and struggle a whole lot less. Plus, stick around for a Q&A session.

Agenda:
Introductions (5 mins)
Presentation with Dr. Gilboa (40 mins)
Q&A session (15 mins)
