Organizing Success in 2022
Details
Need some tips on community building? Want to hear what other Meetup organizers have done to grow their groups? This is the event for you! You’re invited to join fellow organizers at a workshop to learn tips and best practices for increasing attendance and member engagement at your events.
We’ll start off in the main meeting room to allow time for everyone to join and to go over guidelines, rules, instructions, and topics. Then, we’ll split into the designated breakout rooms for smaller group discussions. There will be five simultaneous breakout sessions, each facilitated by a Meetup team member.
Attendance for this workshop will be limited. We will give priority to organizers who haven’t joined a previous workshop.
Please answer the questions when you RSVP. By Monday, January 10, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. ET, you will hear if you have been selected to join the workshop. If you’re not selected this time, don’t worry. There will be more organizer workshops in the future.
Please note that this event is taking place in Eastern Time (ET).
Agenda:
Introductions (10 mins)
Breakout sessions (50 mins)
