About Lennon Fediw:
Lennon Fediw is a manager of global coffee education and experience at Starbucks with 15 years of coffee history. His work began as a barista in Rochester, NY where his love of coffee led to a job roasting coffee in Carson City, NV. Lennon then spent 7 years in coffee quality, where he tasted over 400 cups of coffee a day to ensure each cup met the highest standards. His current role connects baristas to the communities where coffee is grown by leading educational trips in coffee-producing countries. His background and passion allow him to connect others to the incredible people and stories behind each coffee Starbucks serves.
