Meetup Organizers GetTogether

Details
Meetup will be broadcasted here at 7:30pm (Munich time) on Feb 4th.
After running a lot of meetups at Stylight (http://tech.stylight.com) last year, we thought it's time to exchange with the community of Meetup organizers in Munich to talk about best practices, hacks and tips.
Stefan Weber, who's working for Meetup will give us some insights about meetup.com, and talk a bit about things on the roadmap, and of course will be there to answer some of your questions.
Johann Romefort, Tech Evangelist at Stylight will be talking about what his experience running on average 2 meetups/week at the office, and will moderate a panel to learn more about tips from other organizers
We'll also have Mark Coleman (https://twitter.com/mrmrcoleman) who's running the Tech Marketing company Implicit-Explicit (http://www.implicit-explicit.com/) visiting us from Netherlands. Mark will give a talk about how he grew his Docker meetup to be the largest Docker meetup per-capita.

Title: So you want to grow your meetup? (...and other assorted tips from years of technical meetups and from running Implicit-Explicit (https://twitter.com/Im_Ex_plicit))
Abstract: In this session I'll mainly talk about ways to grow your meetup group, but will also touch on engagement which is arguably much more important. I'll talk about my experiences with Docker Randstad (https://www.meetup.com/Docker-Randstad/) and more recently Software Circus (https://www.meetup.com/Software-Circus/). Interestingly growing a meetup has much in common with growing a business, and even more in common with growing an open source software project. I'll leave lots of time for questions at the end.
Bio: After spending years as a software consultant (with a brief period running a record label in the middle) I decided to become a marketing person and ended up doing marketing, sales and PR. My company Implicit-Explicit (https://twitter.com/Im_Ex_plicit) help people like HashiCorp (https://www.hashicorp.com/), IBM SoftLayer (http://www.softlayer.com/) andA Cloud Guru (http://www.softlayer.com/) to grow their businesses through all manner of activities including, of course, meetups.

Title: Tips to organize the Best Tech Meetups (http://tech.stylight.com/tips-organize-tech-meetups/)
Abstract: As a Tech Evangelist part of my mission is to make Stylight known from the local tech community. Organizing meetups is a great way to get into the local tech scene, exchange knowledge and build a network. I'll talk about my experience hosting a lot of meetups, how I streamlined my process, what are my metrics and how I continuously try to improve our reach.
Bio: Once CTO and Co-founder of Seesmic, a SF-based startup, Johann then moved to Munich, organized a few meetups for fun, and eventually joined Stylight where he turned to the dark side, doing tech marketing.

Stylight (http://tech.stylight.com) will sponsor the venue, drinks and food.
