What to Expect
Truck Deliveries
• Tuesday, December 9 at 9:00 AM
• Wednesday, December 10 at 9:00 AM
• Friday, December 12 at 8:00 AM (note earlier time)
We invite everyone to bundle up and join us to help unload these trucks. It is a meaningful hands on way to serve, and many hands make the work light. We expect one to two additional trucks during the week. As soon as their arrival times are confirmed, we will send follow-up messages so volunteers can plan to attend. Your help is not only appreciated, it truly impacts how smoothly the week runs.

National Wreaths Across America Day is Saturday, December 13, 2025.
The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies Ceremony begins at 12:00 PM with wreath laying to follow.
