(Small Group) The Moth StorySLAM 📖🎤 Theme: “Home for The Holidays”

Calling all fans of original writing and live storytelling… The Moth Denver once again presents StorySlam! And the subject for tonight’s theme is “Home for The Holidays”

This is an open-mic storytelling competition, welcoming anyone from the audience to share true, personal, 5-minute stories on the night's theme. You can join the audience and enjoy unique stories from people across Denver, or sign up to share a story of your own!

Tickets for the StorySLAM will go on sale on Friday, October 16 at 1:00pm MST. They will cost $20 each, and must be purchased from https://www.themoth.org/tickets/home-for-the-holidays-11

Tickets are first come, first serve, so order your ticket early! (There will also be 10 “Last Minute” tickets available for purchase in-person on the night of StorySlam)

Prior to the StorySlam, we will all meet up at Tony P’s at 5:30pm to grab a coffee/cocktail and get to know each other. Then, sometime between 6:30-6:45, we’ll walk or drive to The Holiday Theater and grab our seats. Stories begin at 7:30pm

If you miss out on the coffee/cocktails, you can also just come to the StorySlam event itself at 7:30pm. The event will be hosted from The Holiday Theater at 2644 W 32nd Ave in Denver

Optional post-StorySlam cocktails at Bar Kumo (2406 W 32nd Ave), or we can choose somewhere else if the mood strikes us!
