The 'Progressive Atheists Open Gathering' is online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All Victorian Atheists are invited and welcome

Our Tuesday get togethers are primarily for the Atheists in Victoria.
You can catch up with the people you have met at past Melbourne Atheist Meetup Group meetups and/or you can also make new friends.
If you have not been able to attend meetups before then this is your opportunity to attend.

The meeting link will be provided automatically when you RSVP.

Zoom is major global supplier of online conferencing.
You do not have to register to attend an online meeting.
For your first Zoom meeting; you do need to allow at least five minutes to install software (on computer or phone) to attend.
No personal information is required other than the name (or nickname) that you wish to use in the meeting (and you can edit your name at anytime).
You can install the software at anytime by clicking on the link.

Outer Eastern Suburbs Melbourne Atheists Meetup

In-person meetups are back for the Maroondah & Yarra Ranges Atheists; the Melbourne Eastern Hills Skeptics and the Knox Atheists.
To start with, we are gathering together as the Outer Eastern Suburbs Melbourne Atheists and meeting in Mooroolbark.
The location will also be convenient to some in Manningham and Whitehorse and a bit further away is Monash and Nillumbik.
It is very close to the Mooroolbark railway station therefore the meetups are easily accessible by trains from the city.

We meet every second and fourth Thursdays.

We will be socializing with activism for those who want it.
Sometimes we will have a special guest to speak.

For those who can't make it for lunch, we can organise evening and weekend events if you tell me (Andrew Rawlings) what you want, where and when.
A day snow trip is being planned for next winter.
During the year we will also join in some Melbourne-wide events like the:
* First Friday Pub Evenings (Jan-Dec)
* Second Thursday Atheist Society Lectures (Feb-Dec)
* Progressive Atheists Anniversary Lunch/Dinner (January),
* Charles Darwin Day BBQ (February),
* Atheist Day and Nowruz BBQ (March),
* Remembering Atheists Day BBQ (April),
* Winter Solstice with the Peninsula Atheists (June)
* Yalda/Sumner Solstice/ChristMyth BBQ (December)
and other ad hoc events.

As it is a public restaurant/café therefore come earlier if you wish.
