## 💃 Melbourne Bachata Dancing & New Friends 🕺
### ✨ Our Goal
Our mission is to bring people together through the rhythm of Bachata! We create a warm, inclusive community where you can learn to dance, boost your confidence, and Connect with Purpose. We believe that life is better when you’re dancing—and it’s even better when you’re doing it with an amazing group of people.
### 🌟 Who Should Join?
This group is for everyone! Whether you are an absolute beginner who has never taken a dance step, a traveler looking to meet locals, or an experienced dancer wanting to expand your social circle, you are welcome here.
- No partner required: We rotate during classes so you’ll meet and dance with everyone in the room.
- No experience needed: We love helping "Level 0" beginners find their groove in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
### 📍 What We Do
Our community has two main hubs in North Melbourne where we meet to dance and socialize:
#### Wednesday Nights: The New Chapter
Location: The Third Day – 290 Macaulay Rd, North Melbourne. Experience a massive industrial vibe with professional lighting and plenty of space to move.
- 6:30 PM: Bachata Fundamentals (Perfect for first-timers!)
- 7:00 PM: Bachata Improvers
- 8:00 PM: Bachata Intermediate
- 9:00 PM – Late: Social Dancing & Community Vibes. We utilize the booth seating to chat, grab a drink, and get to know each other between dances.
#### Special Events & Saturdays
- Location: 497 Queensberry St, North Melbourne.
- Bachata ConeXion Saturdays: Join us twice a month for our signature social nights!
- Community Outings: We head to major Bachata Festivals across Melbourne and interstate as a family.
