Hi everyone
This Meetup over the past two years has been for anyone interested in disrupting the status quo on how we deliver change at work.
With the pace of thinking on this issue and others, e.g. alternative management models, workplace engagement (lack of, and at crisis levels), ways of working, shifting thinking and responses to deal with complexity and pace in every part of our lives, agile and more ...now running at a rampant pace, we have also evolved our thinking.
As such, we would like to shift our content and conversations to now encompass not only change as a topic, but also the whole of organisational view being called 'business agility' or 'agile beyond software'.
If you're up for challenging conversation, are a disruptive thinker on these issues and more ... then this is the Hangout for you.
Who is this for?
Anyone interested in contributing to a different conversation and willing to turn up and share stories, ideas, solutions and hopefully emerging real time case studies on all the above.
This is for people across the whole business landscape i.e. not only people 'doing agile' - although you are most welcome too of course.
It would be awesome to see HR, Finance, Risk and Communications people ...we need your voice to re-think, re-design and re-engage organisations :)
