Hot on the heals of last months’ super agility session, we can’t wait to share a discussion on how to gather insights that improve the design of your engagement.
Question: How many of you feel that change engagement and communications activities are designed on real insights?

Using a UX Design technique, we’ll take you through a Case Study where Staff Personas were used to gain insights on engagement preferences and to build effective change initiatives.
