It's all about Collaboration

Ok, so we all talk about it and get that it’s really important and why …or do we?

We have invited Collabforge (http://collabforge.com/) along to share their expertise and innovations in the collaboration space.

Collabforge are specialists in "scalable collaboration", seeking to enable collaboration by any number of participants, from two to two million. Originally their work was inspired by internet trends like Wikipedia and Open Source software, and in the last ten years have worked on more than 400 projects.

These projects enable collaboration in a wide range of contexts, from internal innovation labs, to citizen engagement, to knowledge transfer between industry and academia.

Senior strategist Hailey Cooperrider will introduce some of Collabforge's frameworks, and help ground them practically with case studies and some group activities.

Participants will takeaway fresh insights about collaboration in change work, and increased clarity about the difference between often interchangeable terms like collaboration and co-creation.
