This is a calm, respectful space for people living with chronic pain, invisible illness, or long-term health challenges. It’s a place to connect, share, and be seen — without pressure or judgment.
We keep the space balanced and considerate. Think gentle conversation, low-key meetups, and real connection — where you can be seen as you are, while also being mindful of others in the space.
This is a supportive space where you’re welcome to be real — but it’s not a place for extended venting or using the group as a therapy session.

What’s the goal?
The creation of a gentle, non-judgmental community to connect with others who truly understand—without pressure, expectations, or the need to explain yourself.To reduce isolation, support mental wellbeing, and create real, compassionate connection. Information sharing is another big part of what we do, because knowledge is power and five plus heads are better than one and a lot of these conditions tend to overlap.
What happens at meetups?
Relaxed, low-key gatherings where you can talk, listen, or simply be in good company. No pressure—everything is optional.
This is a place to exhale.
A place to be seen. A place to connect.
A place to just be in community.
Some events will just be a hang, others will have a focus, like a crafternoon, or a slow-paced walk, or a dinner, etc.
