A social group for people of Italian background aged in their 30s & 40s for the purpose of meeting, socialising with new people, widening social circles and forming new friendships.
Social meetups are held weekly mainly on either Friday nights, Saturday & Sunday at cafes, restaurants, outdoor rooftop bars, lounge bars, parks - gardens, lakesides - beach front cafes in the inner city areas for example: inner city areas, Carlton, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Moonee Ponds, South Yarra.

When you RSVP to an event, you agree to attend. Should you no longer be able to attend, out of politeness and courtesy please change your RSVP.
Attendance Policy
We are an " in-person" social group. Regular attendance is required in order to form new connections and friendships. This is how you get to know people, there is no other way!
This group is free to join. Keep in mind that I, the organiser pay a subscription fee to run this group so please consider the time and effort taken to organise an event.
Please ensure you meet the age criteria (30s & 40s) and you have a clear, recent photo of yourself on your meetup profile.
Safey and wellbeing is a priority. Please do not meet up with anyone from this group that you don't know outside of the schedulled social. We are all adults so be friendly, welcoming, engaging, polite and respectful and most of all be social! It’s really simple!
Do not offer/accept a lift, ride or carpool with anyone you don’t know or you don’t feel comfortable with
Any unwelcomed behaviour; disrespectful, rude, aggressive, offensive/condescending, discriminatory behaviour or foul language, also any selling of pyramid schemes, illegal/dodgy products/services, forcing of ideas/opinions/beliefs, will NOT be tolerated and will result in being removed from this meetup group.

COVID/Colds/Flues & expected behaviour.
If you are feeling unwell on the day/evening of a meetup even with slightest of cold/flu symptoms OR you test positive/you're sick with Covid/Cold/flu other respiratory infections OR you are a confirmed close contact of someone with Covid, you PLEASE DO NOT attend.
The organiser of this meetup will NOT accept any liability and not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury / accidents for your personal belongings / property at social meetups.
Attending this group's meetups you are taking responsibility for your own, safety and self-awareness.
if you wish to communicate with someone you have met at a meetup. Remember be kind, polite and respectful!
Swapping phone numbers / facebook / Instagram details with someone you had a great conversation with is totally fine and acceptable. Please ask kindly and respectfully. Don't be pushy.
If you are not comfortable providing contact/social media details you can ask the other person to contact you by using the meetup messaging system on the website and app.
Please use your own transport or public transport, taxis/ride share services like uber to get to and from a venue.
