What is Non-Duality?

"Non-Duality offers a profound insight into the nature of selfhood and existence. It reveals that beyond the apparent duality of our lives—'Me/Self versus My Experience'—lies a fundamental mystery. At its heart, Non-Duality is about gaining crystal clarity on the true nature of our own subjectivity and recognizing the essence of who we are beneath the layers of life stories, perception, cognitive structures, and the sense of identity.

If you are the 'Knower' of your perceptions, body, thoughts, emotions and will, then who are you ?

This perspective prioritizes a direct experience of our own beingness over intellectual understanding or belief systems. Through this experiential realization, our true self becomes fully known to itself, leading to a deeper understanding of the nature of reality and consciousness.

While many spiritual traditions, such as Advaita ( Non-Duality), Buddhism, Sufism, and Mystical Christianity speak about this recognition. Ultimate truth that is 'YOU' transcends conceptual frameworks. It invites us to directly embody the unity that underpins both our selfhood and all of existence." This invitation is what many might call a spiritual longing.

What is this group about, and who can join it?

This group is open to everyone interested in Non-Duality, and to those who are already familiar with it. The meetings should be open, honest and friendly. There is no teacher or guru, only friends who want to share in truth. The only requirement is an interest in the topic and an open mind.

The group is non-dogmatic and not associated to one particular teacher, although we all have our preferences. Additionally, non-duality is not a self-help method, or a way to resolve psychological problems.

How do the meetings work?

The meetings are open discussions based on a topic. We often start with a short meditation.
