I'm Shawn, and I run CadreLabs.
My rule is simple: if you're doing something more than once, it should probably be automated.
These sessions are for small business owners who want some time back. We start with something simple that works this week, then build on it so it lasts. No coding and no hype.
Bring a laptop and a task you repeat every week. AI does the first pass, and you decide what goes out.
Later we'll get into multiplayer AI, where your team and your agents work together.

What you'll learn- Where your time goes: list the jobs you repeat every week and pick the two worth handing off.
- How to set up your AI tool safely, using our data settings checklist.
- How to build two AI jobs in your own tool, such as a quote follow-up, a meeting recap or a reply to a common enquiry.
- How to test each job and write a simple run card, so anyone on your team can use it.
- How to save both jobs in a shared team library your staff can find.
- How to stay in charge: AI does the first pass, and a person approves every draft.
You leave with
Two working AI jobs, their run cards, a staff AI policy starter, a data settings checklist, a 90-day plan and 30 days of support (two group clinics and a one-to-one check).
The details- One hands-on day, 9:00am to 4:15pm, with lunch and two breaks.
