The Geelong Botanic Gardens, located in Geelong, Victoria, Australia, is a historic and beautifully landscaped area known for its stunning collection of plants and rich history. The gardens, established in 1851, cover around 5 hectares and are one of the oldest botanic gardens in the country. They showcase a wide variety of plants, with an emphasis on Australian native species, as well as exotic plants from various parts of the world.This 5 km loop walk is generally considered an easy route, and should take an average of 2 hours to complete and will take place along the Geelong waterfront as well as within the Geelong Botanic Gardens. it will also offer some amazing views of both the water and Geelong at sunset!
Make sure you bring your bathers for a swim!
START TIME AND MEET LOCATION
Meeting Location: Geelong Giant Sky Wheel, Eastern Beach Reserve Foreshore Carpark, GeelongMeeting Time: Arrive 6.20pm for a 6:30pm SHARP Departure. The walk should finish around 8.30pm.

The Hike should take around 2-2.5 hours with small breaks to enjoy some sightseeing and for photos.
