Reset your energy and align your vibration with your intention, becoming a manifestation magnet towards your dreams, goals and desires. This is a gentle and rejuvenating workshop to support you in destressing and coming back into balance in all parts of your being.

### What to bring:
Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are supplied by the studio. You may want to bring the following items for additional comfort:
- Eye pillow or sleep mask to place over your eyes to support relaxation
- Water bottle
- Extra layers of clothing in case you get cold
