القسم الأول: تنومة (الاستقرار في الكوخ الريفي)
***************** 1 أغسطس (اليوم 1): الوصول إلى تنومة، استلام الكوخ، وجلسة شواء مسائية.************
***************** 2 أغسطس (اليوم 2): زيارة شلال الدهناء وطلعة إلى منتزه الشرف.************
***************** 3 أغسطس (اليوم 3): جولة نهارية خاطفة إلى أبها والسودة والعودة للمبيت في الكوخ.************
***************** 4 أغسطس (اليوم 4): زياره وادي لجب بجيزان صباحاً، وعصراً في منتزه المحفار.************
***************** 5 أغسطس (اليوم 5): زيارة سريعة لـ النماص (قصر المقر ومنتزه آل وليد).************
القسم الثاني: الباحة (الاستقرار في المزرعة)
***************** 6 أغسطس (اليوم 6): الانتقال للباحة، استلام المزرعة، وعصراً استكشاف غابة رغدان.************
***************** 7 أغسطس (اليوم 7): الاستعداد وحضور فعاليات سباق الجري (Al Baha Run Race)، ومساءً في منتزه الأمير حسام.************
***************** 8 أغسطس (اليوم 8): نزول صباحي إلى قرية ذي عين الأثرية، والمساء سهرة ريفية في المزرعة.************
***************** 9 أغسطس (اليوم 9): جولة في بلجرشي (منتزه القمع ومطلات تهامة).************
***************** 10 أغسطس (اليوم 10): زيارة منتزه جبل خيرة (شلال جدر) وجولة تسوق للمنتجات المحلية.************

Departing from Riyadh on Saturday 1-8.

Section 1: Pneuma (Settling in the Rural Cottage)
************* August 1 (day 1): Arrival at Tanuma, reception of the cottage, and an evening barbeque session.********
************* August 2 (Day 2): Visit Al-Dahna Waterfall and a trip to Al-Sharaf Park.********
************* August 3 (Day 3): A daytime tour to Abha, Al-Suda and return to sleep at the hut.********
