Fake Browsers & Real Websites Laravel Dusk and Symfony Panther both allow you to execute automated acceptance tests against your application. Join us to learn about these two tools and utilize them to do more than just testing our application. You're probably already using fake users in your test suites but we're going to show you fake web users! What if that service you want to use doesn't have an api? We'll show you how to login and perform actions automatically and programmatically! 'About Us' => Every 4th Tuesday we meet and discuss PHP related topics. We are laid back and often have new speakers discussing what they're working on or bring a specific problem they're having to the group for input and feedback.
Interested in breaking out of a dead end career, shifting into a tech / coding job, improving your skillset, or just switching things up? If you said yes to any of that, then this might be the event for you. Plain and simple, Code Co-op is a help and hack night focused in on connecting people with better opportunities through collaboration and conversation. Now, this isn't a class, but it is your opportunity to talk with other people in the community and get help jumpstarting your learning process or with a programming lesson / personal project you've been working on. Come with your laptop, a notebook & pen, and/or a drive to learn! 6:00PM MEETUP LOCATION: We'll be meeting and working inside CoWork off of Cooper Street. It'll be easy to find us! PARKING INFO: There is free parking next to the CoWork building and all through out the Cooper Young area. Evenstill, make sure to keep your eyes peeled for fire hydrants and restricted areas. This is a weekly lunch meetup in the East Memphis area. The location will change each week, so check back often to see where we'll be meeting at. Come and discuss technology, business, phones,and software with other Memphians. This meetup is informal and has no presentations or set agenda. RSVP's are not required, but encouraged to ensure we have adequate seating space.
(Meeting topic TBA) As usual, pizza will be served about 6:00 PM and the meeting will start at 6:30 PM. If you plan to attend, please RSVP so we know how much pizza to get, and who to contact if there are any changes that need to be communicated. If needed, the door and elevator code will be 1242#.
