Ever feel like you’re out of your league? Like you don’t know enough? Like you’re not cut out for your job. 😅
Surprise; even the best and most experienced pros struggle with these feelings; it comes with holding yourself to a high standard and it’s totally normal.
This month at DevMemphis user group, Harold will be giving a talk about imposter syndrome. It’s a topic relevant not just to devs but to anyone who’s passionate about what they do. 👩💻
This is a free event open to everyone.
Come hang out, eat some pizza, and ditch some of that fear uncertainty and doubt for confidence.
What is devMemphis?
Most of the Memphis technical user groups, like MemPy and Memphis PHP, focus on a specific topic. The Memphis Web Workers user group has been very successful as a general-purpose user group for topics related to web design, development, and content creation. DevMemphis aims to apply that same general-purpose approach to topics that appeal to a broad audience of software developers but that might not be the right fit for Web Workers or other user groups. This will provide a platform for content related to new or niche programming languages, design patterns, developer experience, and more.
