A beautiful church and wonderful 4-part a’ Cappella harmony singing!
St. Matthias Episcopal Church is a parish founded in 1865 as the Freedmen's Church, St. Matthias believes itself to be the oldest African-American congregation in the city.
A freewill offering will be taken and all concert proceeds will go to the care and support of St. Matthias Church, our Men In Harmony weekly rehearsal location. A small group will supply music for the 11am service and we will all gather at 3pm for a 4pm concert and with socializing afterwards.
