If you’ve been thinking about doing something for yourself, I welcome you to join our friendly Yoga sessions. I also offer Paddleboard Yoga starting in May!

Every body welcome. From teens to 80years+; every session is planned to suit your needs.
I offer gentle sessions from Yin Qi, to chair and Vinyasa flow.
I will work with where your body is at.
1 hour Classes:
📍Mat Yoga: Ashwick & Oakhill Village Hall —Tuesdays, 9.30am & 6.15pm
📍 Paddleboard Yoga: Oakhill Ponds, BA3 5HT - Thursdays 7pm-8pm with optional post yoga dip in the pond.

Somatic Yoga & Sound Bath at Oakhill
Location not specified yetThere’s something really special about carving out space to slow down… to soften… to come home to yourself. On Tuesday 2nd June, 6.15–8.15pm, I’m holding a deeply nourishing Somatic Yoga & Sound Bath experience — and I would love you in the room. This is your invitation to step out of the noise, the doing, the constant holding it all together… and into a space where your body gets to lead. We’ll move gently, intuitively — releasing tension, unwinding the nervous system, and reconnecting to that grounded, steady version of you that’s always there underneath it all. Then you’ll be guided into stillness, cocooned in sound — allowing the vibrations to wash through you, settle you, and restore you in a way words really can’t capture. No pressure. No performance. Just space to breathe, feel, and be. If your body is craving a reset… this is it.
