From May, I’m bringing Yoga on the Water back on Thursday evenings @oakhill_ponds — and it’s honestly one of the most beautiful ways to move, breathe, and reset. This isn’t about perfect poses or pushing your limits… it’s about feeling. Gentle, flowing movement. The subtle challenge of the board beneath you. The quiet focus it invites. The moments of stillness where you realise you’ve completely dropped out of your head and into your body. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — to yourself and the world around you. Whether you’re brand new or have joined me before, you’re so welcome here. £20 plus £3 board hire (or you can bring your own).
