I created this group for men like myself. At this stage of life, between work, marriage, kids and everyday responsibilities, I’ve found that making new guy friends isn’t as easy as it used to be.

Men, Mates & More 45+ is a casual social group for local San Diego men 45+ who are married, dads, or simply in a similar stage of life and looking to connect with other grounded, down-to-earth guys.

Think dinners, happy hours, hikes, coffee, sporting events, BBQs and casual get-togethers around San Diego.

No pressure to attend everything. Come when you can.

This is not a dating group, business networking group, therapy group, or political/religious forum. We keep politics and religion out of the group so everyone can relax, connect and enjoy the company.

No cliques. No posturing. Just good guys getting together.
