Men's Book Club — DC

This is a book club for men who like to read and actually talk about what they read.
We're structured enough to stay on track, relaxed enough that you don't have to finish the book to show up. We read a range of material: fiction, nonfiction, history, science, philosophy, biography. No genre is off the table, but we tend to favor books with something to say.
What we do expect is intellectual honesty, curiosity, and the ability to engage with ideas without needing them to confirm what you already believe.
We meet monthly. One book per meeting. Discussion is the main event, but there's always time to socialize before and after.
