Loneliness isn’t just about being alone.

It’s the ache of not being seen, the quiet in a crowded room, the weight of words unspoken. And for many men, it’s a feeling we’ve been taught to bury deep.

This June, we gather in Men’s Circle to sit with the realities of loneliness—not to shame it or fix it, but to understand where it lives in us… and what it’s asking for.

We’ll explore:

• The hidden forms of loneliness—emotional, relational, spiritual
• Why men often struggle to admit we feel disconnected
• The roles we play that keep us distant from others—and ourselves
• What reconnection might look like: with our truth, our community, our inner life
• How masculine energy can soften without losing strength

This circle is not about solving loneliness overnight.
It’s about naming it, honouring it, and remembering that we are not as alone as we think.
