Shame hides in silence. It keeps us small, unseen, and afraid of being found out.

This September, Men’s Circle creates a brave space to name and explore shame not as weakness, but as a part of being human:

• Where did I first learn shame?
• How does it shape the way I love, speak, work, or connect?
• What parts of myself have I locked away out of fear of judgment?
• How can I begin to meet shame with curiosity, not criticism?

This is not about fixing. It’s about finally being honest with ourselves and each other.
