Men face immense pressure to always be strong, unfeeling, and impervious to vulnerability leaves little room for men to express their true selves, seek help, or connect authentically with others. As a result, many men struggle in silence, trapped in a cycle of loneliness and depression, unable to break free from the overwhelming weight of being expected to always be "the strong one."

To be an authentic person, instead of “the strong one”, means to be who we want to be, without pretending to be someone we’re not. This is challenging because other people influence much of how we live our lives.

Your real life starts the moment you stop pretending.
