Social Shape Shifting

Our Yin Fusion poses Mostly consists of seated or lying down stretches, we hold each pose for 1 or 2 min in order to increase mobility and flexibility by targeting the deepest tissues in our body; namely, the joints, ligaments, and layers of fascia that are embedded throughout. But we make it so that it's easy to enjoy we don't press on 
It’s also a pretty social class with plenty of quiet time.


Meditation Hip Opening Class

In this class, you’ll discover the benefits of meditating for two hours, including deep relaxation, heightened awareness, improved focus, Many also experience reduced stress and anxiety, physiological changes like decreased heart rate and blood pressure, as well as enhanced immune function.

We’ll encourage you to change your sitting position every five minutes during the two-hour session. While we recommend using our fold-out chairs or lying down if needed, regularly practicing floor-seated postures will help open your hips and become more comfortable over time. Sitting cross-legged not only feels good but also improves posture, boosts circulation, increases flexibility, and aids digestion. Join us to explore various seated positions that offer both comfort and health benefits!
