These monthly groups, where men have got to know the part of themselves that uses porn, have understood their fetishes, unsexualised their issues and sometimes spoken out their shame have already changed a few lives! We've shared personal experiences and tools to live beyond the old habits and new lives, relationships and outlooks have come alive.

After the first PornSpeak group we realised that this is more about sex, sexuality, sexual experiences (sometimes the lack of them). There is so much to discuss here and set ourselves free from the past so we can consciously show up to the intimacies of love and life.

MenSpeak men's groups is a place to explore who we are, who we no longer wish / need to be, and how we can lead better, fuller lives. A place where we can grow in authenticity; a place without a pecking order, judgement, blame, or shame. It's pressure-free and you can say "Pass" at any stage.

Many men sadly turn to self-abuse such as, drink, drugs, porn and unhealthy relationships as a way of coping. Johann Hari said, “The opposite of addiction is not sobriety; the opposite of addiction is connection. Men's groups provide the social medicine men need."
