Whether this is your first time, or you're an 'old timer' - you'll be welcomed to a circle of men, physically sitting together in our large, central London room, where we can 'hang out, be heard and get real' together.

MenSpeak men's groups is a place to explore who you really are, who you no longer need to be, and how to lead a better, fuller life.

We share what's going on for us, we listen to and learn from one another's experiences, we celebrate life and grow together as we share our experiences, thoughts and feelings beyond our masks.

This is a place where you can grow in authenticity; a place without a pecking order, judgement, blame, or shame.

Many men sadly turn to self-abuse such as, self-judgement and over-thinking, drink, drugs, unhealthy computer use and unhealthy relationships as a way of coping. Johann Hari said, “The opposite of addiction is not sobriety; the opposite of addiction is connection. Men's groups provide the social medicine men need."
