The Mental Accelerator is an immersive experience designed to train perception, thinking, creativity, movement, and psychological flexibility through real-world experiences.

### The world becomes the classroom

We leave the traditional classroom behind and use the world around us as our learning environment. Cities, nature, architecture, history, art, and unexpected situations all become opportunities to explore how we think and respond.

### Learning through experience

Instead of only discussing psychological concepts, we experience them directly. Through creative challenges, problem-solving, movement, observation, and interaction, we encounter situations that challenge our usual ways of thinking.
The interesting part is not whether we succeed. It is how we respond when things become uncertain, unfamiliar, difficult, or unexpected.

### Discovering our patterns

Different situations can reveal how we naturally behave. We may take control, withdraw, compete, cooperate, look for rules, improvise, or become curious.
By noticing these reactions, we can become more aware of the patterns that normally operate automatically — and begin to change them.

### History, art and the environment

The places we explore are not simply backgrounds. History can become a way of developing perspective, art can challenge our perception, movement can develop awareness, and the environment can introduce complexity and uncertainty.

### Reflection and integration

Every experience is followed by reflection. We ask what we noticed, what we missed, what made us uncomfortable, and what our reactions reveal about us.
The Mental Accelerator follows a simple cycle:
