An evening to remember. An invitation to think, move and return.
What can a dance reveal about trust? What does fencing teach us about attention and decision-making? And how do the patterns within a family continue to shape the lives we lead?
On 2 October, the School of Integrated Life Sciences opens in Budapest with an evening that brings these questions to life.
World ballroom champion Viktor Szabó performs a dance show that places movement and human connection at the centre of the evening. Hungarys BEST Ballroom Trainer and master of body language and CBM our Judit Sándor explores body language, communication and trust. Gloria Dalia Legac, co-founder of SILS, austrian national team fencer (weapon epee) demonstrates how fencing cultivates precision and accuracy, and considers their value beyond the piste. Dr. Med.Univ. Denisa Legac examines family systems and their shadows: the roles, loyalties and unspoken dynamics that travel with us into adult life.
A generous buffet prepared by Snjezana Tomasic, Croatian life coach and naturopath, gives us time to meet, talk and continue the conversation.
