Join Dr. Denisa Legac for a 90-minute guided walk combining psychology, movement, sensory awareness, and self-discovery. Across eight stations in Budapest’s Városliget, explore how conscious choices, unconscious impulses, and everyday habits shape your experience. No previous knowledge of psychology is necessary.

What might an ordinary walk reveal about the way you see yourself and the world around you? The School of Integrated Life Sciences (SILS) invites you to The Circle, an interactive Mental Accelerator led by Dr. Denisa Legac in Budapest’s Városliget.

Inspired by Jungian psychology and Milton Erickson’s approach, this guided experience explores the relationship between conscious decisions, unconscious impulses, and everyday inhibitions.

Across eight carefully selected stations, historic architecture, nature, and unexpected encounters become starting points for self-discovery. You will take part in exercises involving movement, observation, imagination, and human interaction, paying attention to what your body communicates before you find the words.

The exercises invite you to notice when you hesitate, follow others, suppress an impulse, or overlook something around you. Through curiosity and participation, you will explore your own emotional and behavioral patterns.

The walk concludes beside the water with guided reflection, helping you turn personal discoveries into small, practical changes you can bring into everyday life.

We begin at 11:00 at Bajza utca 54, Budapest, and finish at 12:30. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring an open mind and a willingness to participate. No previous knowledge of psychology is necessary.
