Hey!
I would like to invite you to an event that many of you may be interested in.

Would you like to devote more time to yourself in the new year? Join us for a relaxing evening at the Santosha Yoga studio and gain positive energy for the new year! 🧘
What awaits you:
🕉️ Introductory meditation - we will guide you through mindfulness meditation, during which you will set your intention, relax your body and calm your mind
🕉️ You will recharge your batteries with the help of breathing and sun salutations, which you will learn and can then also use at home
🕉️ At the end, you will relax in shavasana with the sound of Tibetan bowls
The activity itself is planned for 45 minutes, but we will be happy if you stay with us in the studio even longer and have a cup of Christmas tea with us. We will be happy to answer your questions or further discuss topics related to yoga, meditations, working with emotions and mind etc.! 🫖
You will be guided through by our instructor Anička Seimlová, to whom we thank very much for her willingness 🙏
I (Jirka) will also be available for you all the time 💚
Admission is voluntary. You can contribute to our moneybox.
❗️ Reservations are required for this gathering! Due to the limited capacity spots, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance on the studio's website.
