Would you like to learn techniques, the practice of which contributes to overall well-being. Would you like to learn how to apply yoga and its principles in your everyday life? Following the course Yoga for beginners, we have prepared an open Yoga Therapy Course for you, where you will learn how you can use a few small things in your life that will help to achieve the balance of body and mind!
What awaits you:
🕉️ Exercises focused on moving and realeasing often stiff and painful parts of the body, such as hips, neck, shoulders, knees, etc.
🕉️ We will work a lot with proprioception so that we can get to know and control our body well
🕉️ 🕉 We will learn how to breathe properly
🕉 We will show you the basic techniques of mindfulness, meditation and relaxation
🕉 We will talk about a few other things you can do in life that will contribute to overall physical, mental and emotional well-being
