About us
We spend a lot of energy keeping up with work, with expectations, with the version of ourselves we're supposed to be.
I created this group as a regular invitation to step off that treadmill for a moment.
A space for internationals living and working abroad to come together, slow down, and have real conversations about how they're actually doing and who they're becoming.
We explore things like:
- what wellbeing means and how to create it in everyday life
- how to grow in ways that actually feel like you,
- finding balance when life keeps moving fast
- staying connected to yourself through periods of change
We'll meet for walks and small-group gatherings in Brussels, Belgium. No agenda, no performance. Just honest conversation and good company.
Occasionally, we'll have online events and catch-ups focused on specific themes.
If you've been craving a space that goes a little deeper, this is it.

Mental Fitness Walk โ coffee & conversation at Bois de la Cambre ๐ณโ๏ธ๐
Stella - Coffee Food Bakery, Av. Legrand 13, Brussels, BEWe spend so much of the week keeping up. With work, with people, with the version of ourselves we're supposed to be. Saturday morning can be different. ๐ฟ
Come and join for an honest conversation and a mindful walk with people who also get it. No pressure to share anything you're not ready to share. You can talk as much or as little as you like; sometimes, just being outside in nature with good people is enough.
This is part of a series of regular walks for the Mental Fitness Collective โ a simple, free morning to step outside, move at a gentle pace, and be around people who aren't performing either.
๐Meeting point: Stella - Coffee Food Bakery (in front of the tram stop Legrand), where you can buy a drink of your choice (optional).
๐๏ธ Agenda: We'll take a relaxed walk through Bois de la Cambre and a full loop around the lake, about 4-5 km, at a pace where conversation feels comfortable. We'll finish at the roundabout at the end of Av. Louise.
Small housekeeping rule: What happens in the group stays in the group. Whatever is shared between participants during our time together stays between us. It is to make sure this feels like a safe place to be honest.
