What we're about
Our Group meetings will help you to control your thoughts and manage your impulses.
Our Recovery International Groups teach "tools" and cognitive behavioral self help "spots" or affirmations to better manage symptoms of stress, worry, anxiety, tempers and the trivial occurances of daily life.
We follow a simple meeting format that was created by University of Illinois renowned neuropsychiatrist Dr. Low. Our RI Group meetings are managed by trained peer volunteers. Our Group meetings start on time and end on time.

There is no need to RSVP. We ask for a voluntary free will offering or tax deductible donation and we offer paid memberships with many member benefits.
No one is turned away.
We are committed to helping others gain more peaceful and productive lives.
Recovery International is non sectarian, non for profit and volunteer peer led for those who experience anxiety, depression and the trivial occurances of daily life.
Our RI Veterans Program reaches to US military veterans, active duty military personnel, their friends, support teams, family and caregivers to help also with PTSD, relocated and dislocated career issues and the everyday matters that begin as small frustrations before those frustrations become symptomatic of mental health issues.
Thank you. We hope to hear from you soon!
