Recovery International-Community Meeting held on Thursday evening at 7:00pm PST at Kings Cross.

The location for the meeting is:
4747 Soledad Mountain Road, San Diego CA 92109

This location offers wheelchair accessible parking and ramps to enter and exit the building.

The Group Leader is named Jim.

The meeting lasts approximately one hour in duration.

In simple terms, Recovery International empowers individuals to use cognitive behavioral self help "tools" to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression,the simple trivialities of everyday life and assist in a good approach to overall better mental health.
