Recovery International-Community Meeting at Temple Emanu

Recovery International-Community Meeting held on Thursday mornings at 10:00am PST at Temple Emanu-El.

The location for the meeting is:
6299 Capri Drive, San Diego CA 92120

This location offers wheelchair accessible parking and ramps to enter and exit the building.

The Group Leader is Lisa Garcia.

The meeting lasts approximately one hour in duration.

In simple terms, Recovery International empowers individuals to use cognitive behavioral self help "tools" to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression,the simple trivialities of everyday life and assist in a good approach to overall better mental health.
