Men’s Circle | The Grief We Don't Speak: Loving, Losing & Letting Go

Details

Grief isn’t always loud.
Sometimes, it hides behind silence. A moment we never got to say goodbye. A version of ourselves we’ve outgrown. A love that still lingers somewhere in our chest.

As men, we’re rarely taught how to sit with loss — let alone speak it out loud.

This session is about making space for the grief we carry — the kind that’s often left unspoken. Whether you’re mourning a parent, navigating a breakup, letting go of a dream, or simply feeling the weight of transition… this is a space to feel, express, and release — without pressure to perform or explain.

Together, we’ll meet the unspoken parts of ourselves with honesty, breath, and brotherhood.

Come as you are. You don’t need to have the “right” words. Just bring your truth.

What to Expect:

  • Stretching & Movement
  • Breathwork Exercise
  • Icebreaker
  • 2 Authentic Relating Games
  • Group Circling with Archetypal Reflections

Answer: MENTRaL
No one turned away for lack of funds. Your presence matters most. Donations support studio rental, materials, and the continued growth of our community.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • A water bottle
  • Openness to feel, reflect, and connect

Why This Matters:
Because loss is universal — and yet so rarely shared.
Because grief is not weakness — it’s evidence of love.
Because when we speak what we carry, we begin to lighten the load.
Let’s sit with what’s real.
Let’s let go, together.
Let’s remember: healing happens in connection.
