Theme: Beyond Fixing — Learning to Really Listen
Ever felt the pressure to say the right thing when someone you care about is struggling?
At work, with a partner, or even with friends — we often think connection means having answers. But what most of us need is simply to be heard.
This session is about practicing a different way:
- Sitting with someone’s truth without trying to change it
- Offering empathy without the “perfect words”
- Noticing our own reactions when things feel raw
Instead of performing connection, we’ll practice living it.
What to Expect
- Gentle stretching, movement & breathwork
- Icebreaker: “When Words Fall Short in Motion”
- AR Game #1: “Ripple of Feeling” (paired)
- AR Game #2: “Two Sides of the Bridge” (creative writing + paired sharing)
- Group sharing / circling
- Closing sound healing meditation
- Optional post-session social time
What to Bring
- Comfortable clothing
- A water bottle
- A journal (optional)
- A willingness to show up real, not perfect
Why This Matters
In a world that rewards quick fixes and clever solutions, most men are starved for something simpler — the chance to be met exactly where they are.
When we drop the pressure to fix and start practicing presence, connection deepens. Friendships strengthen. Brotherhood grows.
This circle is your chance to practice that.
