Together, we’ll explore how to:

• Lean into vulnerability without rushing it
• Bridge emotional distance without overstepping boundaries
• Meet others exactly where they are, while staying true to ourselves

• Gentle stretching, movement & breathwork to arrive
• Icebreaker: “Invisible String”
• AR Game 1: “Approach & Retreat” (Paired)
• AR Game 2: “The Bridge Builders” (Paired + Group)
• AR Game 3: “The Pulse Between Us”
• Group sharing / circling
• Optional post-session social time
